Clear answers about formats, editing, access, licensing, refunds and professional limitations.

Is this affiliated with the NDIS?

No. SILReady Docs is independent and is not approved or endorsed by the NDIA or NDIS Commission.

Editable DOCX and XLSX files, plus PDF previews and a ZIP manifest.

Can I share the kit?

Only internally within the purchasing legal entity and with auditors or regulators for that entity’s own audit or registration. Redistribution is prohibited.

Can support reset downloads?

Yes. The default entitlement permits 10 attempts. Support can review and reset legitimate access.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time AUD $200 payment.

Are updates included?

Corrections for the purchased version are included according to the current terms. Lifetime upgrades are not promised.

How are files delivered?

A successful verified Stripe payment creates secure, expiring access. Download use is limited and logged.

What is the refund process?

See the balanced refund policy for change of mind, duplicates, defects, access problems and Australian Consumer Law rights.

Is it right for every provider?

No. Scope, services, jurisdictions and participant needs vary. Applicability and professional review are essential.

Does it replace a consultant?

No. It is a structured starting point and implementation toolkit, not professional advice.
