Website use and purchase
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate billing/contact details. The product is a one-time digital purchase at the price shown, including GST where applicable. Stripe processes payment.
Delivery and responsibilities
Delivery occurs through secure digital access after verified payment. You must secure access, assess suitability, customise, obtain advice, approve, implement and monitor the templates.
No advice, affiliation or guarantee
Materials are general information, not professional advice. No government affiliation, registration guarantee, audit guarantee or outcome warranty is made.
Intellectual property and licence
Copyright remains with the seller. Use is limited by the Single Business Licence. Resale, public upload, unrelated-business sharing and competing template-product creation are prohibited.
Consumer rights
Nothing excludes, restricts or modifies non-excludable rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to available lawful remedies and reasonably foreseeable loss.
Suspension, changes and law
Access may be suspended for fraud, security risk or material licence breach, without limiting non-excludable rights. Terms may change prospectively. Governing law: Not published, Australia.
