Change of mind
Because files can be retained after download, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once download begins, subject always to non-excludable rights.
Problems we will assess
Contact us for duplicate purchases, defective or inaccessible files, or a material mismatch with the description. We may troubleshoot, replace files or provide another remedy required by law.
Request process
Email the refund contact with order reference and issue details, but never card information. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and make a reasonable assessment promptly; complex matters may take longer.
