Privacy Policy

How customer and website information is handled.

Information collected

We may collect customer identity/contact details, order and access records, enquiries, consent records, questionnaire business data and an optional business logo. Do not submit participant names, medical records, support plans or sensitive participant information.

Providers and purposes

Stripe processes payments; the configured host stores the application; Resend delivers emails; configured storage may hold product and logo files. Data is used for fulfilment, support, security, records and consented communications.

Analytics and cookies

Non-essential analytics is disabled until configured and consented where required. Ecommerce events must not include questionnaire content or sensitive data.

Security, overseas handling and retention

Access controls, validation, logging and encryption in transit reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Service providers may process information overseas. Retain only as needed for legal, accounting, security and service purposes under an approved schedule.
