Single Business Licence Agreement

Internal-use rights for one purchasing legal entity.

Permitted use

One purchasing legal entity may edit files for its own operations, print and share internally, and give relevant internal documents to its auditors and regulators for its own registration or audit.

Prohibited use

Do not resell, share with unrelated businesses, publicly upload, redistribute source files, use materials to create a competing template product, sublicense or remove copyright notices from uncustomised originals.

Ownership and term

The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and single-business. Intellectual property remains with the seller and third-party rights remain with their owners.

Other licence types

Multi-business and consultant licensing may be offered separately in future but is not currently sold.
